Q : Are you affiliated with Shaquille O'Neal?

A : No, BurgerShaq shares no official ties with Shaquille O'Neal. We get our name from that of our founder, Shaqelangelo McKasty.

Q : What's the deal with the big clock over the counter?

A : That's the 24-second shot clock. If you don't get your order in 24 seconds you'll get a free NBA trading card with your meal.
